Itinerary Change to the confirmed itinerary may happen because of traffic,weather, or any other conditions not under our control such as war, strike,fire, acts of government, riot, etc. We will do our best to make sure that all the travel will be similar. We can substitute the itinerary upon your agreement.
Travel agency's liability insurance:
We offer our clients the travel agency's liability insurance. The travel agency liability insurance refers to the compensation offered to the travel agency by the insurance company because of travel agency's negligence or the error which has caused harm and damage to their clients. The travel agency liability insurance and the traveling accident insurance ( personal insurance ) are different. The travel agency liability insurance belongs to the liability insurance category, but the tourist own persoanl travel insurance belongs to individual accident insurance.“the travel agency liability insurance” mainly aims at the tourist loss and the injury caused by the travel agency responsibility, except by the force majeure, like the earthquake, the Tsunami and so on natural disaster bringing damage to tourist person and property, damage, which are not in its responsibility scope. Tourists suffering from the loss or the harm caused by their own diseases, or tourist individual errors, is also not in “travel agency liability insurance” in payment scope.
Your personal accident insurance:
We suggests you purchase your personal accident insurance from your native country before you leave for China. The individual purchased travel insurance is different from the travel agency liability insurance we have applied for. Therefore the tourist must protects oneself to apply for personal accident insurance. If you want to entrust us to purchase your traveling accident insurance in Beijing for you, please inform us well in advance. Please pay the insurance premium by yourself. Our responsibility is strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including guide service, surface transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours.
To the extent that we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent and not as an agent for the airline and/or cruise companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
We reserve the right to change the trains and flights we have arranged for you in the itinerary, and we make sure to guarantee your tour going smoothly unless the flights or trains are being cancelled or chartered.
We will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
We shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to property, injury of persons, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Neither will it be responsible for any change in itinerary, hotels or transportation schedule and losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay or cancellation of the flights or cruises.
Participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the governments of China. We will not be responsible for any and all penalties due to any regulations of the governements of China.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the client requires with the local agent, local guide or the driver temporarily in different cities beyond our confirmed itinerary. In this case, we will not take any responsibility for losses on shopping, extra attractions, destinations etc, but we will try our best to help our clients get out of the difficulties including chasing compensation if any damages or losses occur. Complaints and Arbitration
If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your local guide or our specified local representative or the suppliers immediately of the situation so that we may promptly attend to the matter. Failure to promptly notify us of your complaint may reduce or eliminate any compensation that may be payable. In cases where a satisfactory remedy is not achieved, you must submit a written complaint to us within 30 days from the end of your tour. Complaints received by us will be acted upon promptly and fairly within the terms of these conditions.
